    I suggest to try Epson 7890 with Serendipity Megarip or Serendipity Blackmagic software.
    Tested with good result, easy to calibrate, and easy to use.
    Epson 7890's specification close to Epson 7900's specification, also low cost.
    Serendipity Megarip or Serendipity Blackmagic also can be used as digital proofing software.
