Galileo plate handler

Hi- Hopefully somebody can help, we have a Galileo VE along with the plate manager. After sitting all weekend turned off we have a problem every Monday morning. the plate picker will not go to the pick position, it try's to but comes up short and we get an error. It goes to the home position fine (I excercise it through the diagnostics panel) after doing it 4 or 5 times it finally wakes up and is fine for the rest of the week. We also leave it on the rest of the week.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
