KM 6501 - Ouch, booklet tray is to low

Anyone experienced the 6501 booklet tray to low? We can only print 19 brochures (24pager) before we have to remove from the tray. Has anyone discovered a way to print more booklets by removing the lower bracket? I'd rather have all my booklets spill on the floor instead of us babysitting it. Would be good to leave for several hours knowing things are getting printed.

FS-607 (baby finisher) Remove the two screws that hold that little tray and place in the nearest rubbish bin. Insert large cardboard box with one side cut off.

SD-501 (monster finisher) I have not seen it but I am told the grey panel on the end of the conveyor comes off.

We were told the door comes off (couple of screws) and just place a box at the end to catch.
We haven't done it yet though.
