Need a sample job description for digital press operator

If any would be so kind as to provide samples of your job description for digital press operator (running a Xerox 700 with inline finishing). We are new to this and need a person to run the machine and manage the work flow. This will be a seperate workflow from our large offset operations. Any help here would be fine!!!

700 Digital Color Press operators are very special breed of individual. They are a combination of pre-press professional, IT and workflow expert, and a skilled finishing operator (able to competently operate any number of finishing devices). And a realist. They need to be able to effectively communicate to the client and the owner of the business both the boundless capabilities of digital production and the ocassional limitations (that are really just challenges to make you think more creatively).
