Not sure if you guys have heard of this Social Print Experiment (Social | Print Experiment — Building a digital print company from scratch). I was introduced to them when they contacted me the other day about my services. They are documenting the startup of the digital printing company and keeping everything open book to provide that new digital printing startups can be successful with web 2.0 techniques. I have nothing to do with them but thought it was very interesting, and something you guys might be able to benefit from following.
