We have been using the Docucolor 7002 for nearly a year now and have had many significant quality issues. The halftone quality is extremely poor and colors shift on an almost every hour.

We started off using a Docucolor 242 and we loved it! The toner technology for the 7002 is totally different. We are looking at the Docucolor 800 at the end of the month.

What kind of equipment is everyone else using and do you have any problems? Any other press suggestions??
