    Default Xerox Color 550

    It's been a few months since the Xerox Color 550/560 has been out and I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on it. We have one in our shop with a Creo front end and we get fault codes on the machine frequently. Our rip also seems to freeze and drop the connection. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

    what did Xerox Support say about that?

    There's a Service Pack just released a few days ago that you may need. Look in Xerox Support and Drivers
