Fiery Controller not booting

I power up the machine (dc242) and connected a monitor to the fiery. I could see that it goes as far as "Uncompressing Linux.... Ok, booting the kernel" and nothing happens after that.

Anyone who had this problem before and what would be the solution?

do you have a service contract?

do you have the installation CDs?

Hi X33,

I found the installation CDs, I re-installed the fiery and it worked. Though, I've lost all the previous settings.

We do have a service contract but I had an extremely urgent job for my biggest customer. I had to do the job overnight., it was worth it. Now the Xerox engineer can turn up whenever he likes.
