    Default Printing books on digital color printers

    I am interested in hearing about your experience printing books on digital color printers and would appreciate any/all comments you have about printing books on Ricoh C900/901, Konica Minolta c8000, Xerox 7000/02 or 8000/02, Canon C7000VP/C7010VP or any other digital color printer.

    Especially interested in the following:

    * What types of books are you printing?

    * What are the average page counts?

    * Are you using coated media?

    * Does your printer run at rated speed when using an in-line perfect binder?

    * Do you believe you have a unique workflow?

    * Are covers inserted in-line?

    * Are covers in a separate file from book block and both files submitted together?

    * What percentage is the color content? Area coverage of the color pages?

    Thanks in advance for your comments.
