I have been using this for just under 2 years and it has been a great machine but the one problem with not having the external rip has been colour issues with some solids, I run from the mac using quark or illustrator but mainly quark 8 but I can never seem to find a pantone chart that they produce to work with this machine, now before everyone jumps in there I know its not a production machine but its a really good machine and I only have this one issue with I will be moving on to a production machine next year I hope but would like to solve this issue now has anyone seen a pantone chart which has been produced to help with this.

There's a fiery Controller sold separately code [IC-409/VI-504] or may different in your country. We bought it with ES-1000 spectrophotometer for calibration. The quality is OK for minimum volume print.

thanks it is an option I am weighing up against upgrading to a production machine at the moment I was really just looking for pantone colour charts like the ones that xerox produce for their digitial machines and was wondering if konica produced anything similar.

I know Konica produces (sells?) a cd with color charts. Beyond that, to my knowledge theres only the color test sheets that you can print out.
