    Default contract language out clause

    Can anyone recommend language they have used to cover a scenario of voiding a lease.
    Trying to cover all the bases as we are looking at upgrade to newer print engines.
    We are currently looking at Ricoh C901s, or possible C751, KM8000, Xerox8080
    We currently have 3 KM6500. Ricoh is interesting based on speed/cost but have not heard enough good reviews yet.
    Any opinions appreciated
