Default large format toner based digital press

I just received a sample of a job to quote on.

    The size is approx 24" x 34"

I'd swear it was printed on a digital toner type press.
The quality of the print is very good. Smooth images, text and vector map

Does anybody know what this could have been printed on?

    Thank you

Local sales have been trying to get us to buy the KIP. The print quality is ok, not close to solvent. The price per sq/ft is close to solvent media and ink but the substrate selection is really limited. The price of the machine is where the idea of this machine really takes a nose dive. I think it is around 100k USD, and it’s a laser printer so reduce the usable life of the machine to 5-6 years. It prints lightning fast compared to a solvent printer but it has too many con's for me.

I'm sure it would work in the right environment very well.
