There's a new 700 out -- the "i". Cursory review shows that it's FOGRA, Adobe PDF print engine compatible, but the biggest thing I see is that it's rated out of the box to duplex 300gsm/100-110# cover.

Apparently not. Our dealer conference mentioned this new box but said there will be no upgrading old boxes.

Our new 700 was installed this week. The "Instore Upgrade to 700i" takes place in the next couple weeks. It consists of 3 components, software upgrades for the Freeflow Pro Server, hardware upgrades for the 700, and licensing requirements. This upgrade is the first "Instore Upgrade to 700i" in Australia.
