Default Integrated ID Cards on Digital Presses

Has anyone had any experience printing these and have a recommendation? There are several of them out there but it seems like BlanksUSA and REALCard are the 2 prevalent forms. Anything that makes one better than the other, or anything to look out for printing on these in general?

    Smile Docucards

You might try Xerox, who has a similar product in plastic, cover stock and magnets. Runs okay on an iGen, but because of thickness on the card end of the sheet, you can only stack a small amount in the tray at a time, thusly yielding a slow production run.

Neekosa has a similar product too. I do not have any experience with running any of them however.
