Inline Bookletmakers - BLM200 and BK5010

Does anyone have experience with either of these 2 inline saddle stitchers made by Plockmatic. We are looking at the BLM200 attached to an Oce4120 or the BK5010 would go on a Ricoh 1107EX. We'd be running approximately 7,000 8.5x11 (finished size booklets) through this a month - 32 pages + 10pt C1S cover through the inserter. And we would be running about 15,000 5.5x8.5 16 page self cover booklets through it a month.

We are adding a squarefold unit to the end for the 8.5x11 books.

Oce is charging a hefty maintenance add-on for the BLM200.

Just looking for any experience anyone has with either accessory.

The plockmatic is a pretty good unit, though they do jame once in a while.
