    Default Initializing a Canon ImageProGraf 5000

    I'm thinking about buying a Canon IPF 5000. The seller wants to know if he can initialize it without connecting it to a computer. Also, will the initialization let you know if the print heads and cartridges
    (they have been sitting in the machine for 3 yrs) are o.k.
    Any help appreciated.
