Worked great at first now have over 150,000 impressions it streaks in short dimension on all colors looks just likes streaks on an offset press. The service techs have had no luck in tracing the problem. Any suggestions?

No, seriously.

If your paying for service you should get it. If your current techs can't fix it they should have a process in place to expedite this up to Ricoh if necessary. If they don't have that ability find better techs to provide you with support.

We have a pro c901 and we have the same issues. The techs have been trying to fix it for months now, and no luck.

After 3 weeks and changing a lot of parts the problem is still there. I am leaning toward a major machine design flaw that appears after the main drive parts have seated in.
