URGENT PLEASE Invalid Ink Tag: OCE Arizona 350GT

Hi Dear Print Community,
OCE Users,

We are currently having a massive issue with yellow ink bags. We are getting faulty ink bags from OCE which doesn't get recognized by the current Calgary Station. It gives us an error message "Invalid ink tag" and this seems a common issue atm among the all OCE users.

Anyone knows about the firmware update, what is going with OCE or the any immediate solution to this?

We are currently unable to print and stucked with the strict deadlines
