Inserting common back page

This must have come up before - but I can't seem to find it.
I have a 500 page variable PDF that has a common back page - how can I duplicate it 500 times so I can duplex it automatically on my X700? Dragging the page thumbnail in Acrobat 500 times is getting really old fast...
Please, no $5000K software like XmPie, etc. Just CS4 and Creo RIP.

when you generate your pdf start with a 2 page document. make the second page static.

Do you have PitStop? There's probably a way to configure an action list.

Another way would be to print 500 copies of the static back, flip the paper and run it through again for the front.
