Canon IR7105 Carbonless Forms

I would like to move my Carbonless jobs off my small press and put them on a digital machine. There are several places selling refurbished IR7105's at a reasonable price. Does anyone run Carbonless on their IR7105? How would you rate it (1=jams all the time, 10=runs the same as my press)?

Second question, do you have service thru Canon or Independent repair service?

Cant speak for xerox machines, but I've never had any real problems running NCR on our digital. It does tend to jam on average slightly more then your average 20% bond

The only other issue is that due to digital process/heat it does give off a funny smell. while not bad I wouldnt recommend in a very small inclosed area. We usually just crack a door for a while.

better be on a service contract, I have two IR7095 and they run them but afterwords service is needed

What are your monthly minimum and click rate under your contract?

Is the contract with Canon or an Independent?
