Canon c3220 stuck on Dept ID Passoword screen

I turned on the copier and it shows a screen that says to enter
Dept ID and Password
We dont have dept ids or passwords.
How do we get back to regular copy and print modes.
I tried pushing the additional functions button,
I tried restarting it
I tried entering password and dept id "7654321"
Need Help, Thanks
