KM 950 pro intermittant Jamming into cleaning unit

Have an Oce VL9522 (or KM bizhub 950 pro) jamming intermittantly into the drum pawls and into the cleaning unit.

I have replaced the solonoid, pawls and shaft etc. It seems though that the jamming only occurs there when using the large capacity Tray (5000 sheet). The jame code is 31-02. The unit has 7 million clicks on it. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.
