High temperature offset varnish FDA compliant

Hello, my name is Enrique and I manufacture paper plates on 24 pt SBS cardboard and my intention is to print them. I am looking for a varnish that can be applied on offstet printer and then can stand pressure and heat up to 300 degrees fahrenheit. Varnish has to be FDA compliant as well.

I live in Mexico City but if you have an option in the US I am fine with it.
