    Hi,

When trying to use the software? Did you do a recent update?

    You can do the following:
Check the premissions on the Enfocus Preferences folder
    - HD:Library:Preferences (on Mac)
    - HD\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ (on Win)

Or remove the 'PitStop7' file (without extension) in the same folder and register the product once more when relaunching.

If that doesn't work, I advise you to contact Enfocus Support (support@enfocus.com).

    Cheers
