Can I zero out the ruler to a specific spot on the page?
Can I move the guides on the rulers once I've made them?
I tried bringing some stuff to the front but that wouldn't work.
I ended up moving things to the back.

Anyone else having problems with this software combo?

Rande,

Are you referring to the Acrobat ruler and guides or the PitStop guides.
The ruler is Acrobat's feature and can not work together with the PitStop guides.
As far as I can see the Acrobat ruler can not be set to specific spot.
Depending which version of PitStop you're using the method to move the guides is different.
