Esko Backstage in Xerox/digital print environment

We've had the Esko Backstage over a year now and would like to hear how folks have integrated their systems into digital output workflows. We have Xerox DocuSP front end for iGen4 and several Docutechs. Given no FlexRip for Xerox what are your best practices and workflows to these devices? Also interested in integrating to large format devices, HP 9000 with Onyx Rip.
