best color profile in packedge

what the best color profile to convert rgb images to cmyk ?
we are using in adobe programs europe iso fogra coated profile
how we can arrange profiles in packedge to get the results like the fogra profile

and also i want to ask i'm using packedge 5.0 now i have some problems when opening pdf files conatining tranparancies like shadows and ext.. result many bitmaps and mostly not editable

what the news in the new version ?

You should definitely upgrade to 7.4.
There is a lot of R&D work on those kind of problems.
Converting from Illustrator you should use the epf file format.
