scope bitmap viewer stop working!!

we use scope 3 r3 workflow today the scope bitmap viewer program stop working and without any error msg just loading bar still load but the progrsm don't start
i try install the fresh copy but doesn't work this method
please advise cause the viewer like my eyes i don't see know

It's may be memory problem,pls check out of your memory size!
