    Default Exporting PDF's for Proofing

Is there a way to export PDF proofs from with Suite7 that won't require that our customers have OverPrint Preview on in Acrobat? We have customers that insist other printers send them PDF's that do not require it to be on when they view there proofs. Can't see how this is possible if the file uses transparency of some sort.
What I did to appease them was create a PDF through Distiller using the PS file I normalized. This PDF previews the OP correctly with OP on or off, why is this?

Export a flattened PDF = 1.3 PDF. It will give you the same result of converting a PS to PDF using Distiller.

Are you exporting with the workflow ticket?
