Problems with CDI Esko

Hi,

My name is Marcelo Arcanjo. I Live in Brazil, sorry about my english, a speak portuguese
My tradeshop is Clicheria Blumenau, I have 3 CDI Esko 50x80
2 Spark 50x80 (1 with HD Flexo)
1 Cantilever 50x80 with HD Flexo

We are having a little problems with risks on the plates, which doesn´t happens in thermoflex Kodak (Have 3, 1 Lothen, 1 Mid and 1 Wide)
Do you know how i can solve this problems? We are also having trouble with speed, a 50x80 sheet reaches take 2 hours to finish a record process.
Can you help me with this problem?

The problems were in TIFF files and now you are ready for to use our machine correctly.

All problems have been solved by Esko Brazil. I appreciate all the attention given to us. The coaches were perfect, we got a lesson in HD Flexo.
