    Default Odystar deleting black enrichment

We are having trouble with Odystar deleting the 3color enrichment
under the solid black panels on a job. It strips them out and just
leaves the black. Is there a preference we need to change?

By any chance is your black set for overprint? Or is your black built as CMYK?

Hard to tell without seeing the canvas. It would seem that either in Prepress or PitStop, something is intentionally forcing that to 100% Black.

I should mention that we use Odystar only as a preflight
tool. After Odystar has checked the PDF we send the PDF file through a Nexus rip for processing.

That will be your Pitstop profile I think.

There is an option for in pure blacks both RGB and CMYK and your rich Black is seen as this. you will have it enabled and told to fix the issue thus get pure black out.
