Dimensions not showning in Flexrip Automation Suite 10

I am having a problem with the new suite 10.
After ripped,

1. Launch not active
2. Original size and output size not active
3. Cannot expose

OS - MS Windows 2003 R2 SP2
FlexRip, Automation Engine 10 Pilot
Task type : Flexrip/b,bi (for Barco imagesetter)

Yes, the ticket expose on Barco Imagesetter(2 passes:BI + B) - Expose on BI -B.
