Help with a Pitstop action

I have action I been trying to get to work.

What it should be doing : is looking for all line weight that is 10.100 pt or lager and and change the color to a rich black next withing the same actions I need to look for type that is lager than 18pt and do the same thing. this of course is base on the color of the line and font to begin with. now I got it to work using the sample Rich Black action that was supplied but, Its also changing my lines that are 10pts and less .
