I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the recent discussion about changes to the Data Protection Act 1998, in particular the opt-on, profiling, and list trading.

We've discussed it a little on our own blog (DMA Legal Update - Spring 2013 - Elanders UK), and for sure there's time for plenty more discussion between now and the proposed date. Do you envision having to change many processes?
