I know may this question could be difficult to support but we are in a area where no AGFA technical support is near (it takes 5 days to come in) so we don't have enough time.

We have a new plate size but don't know how to configure this in the server and in Agfa Avalon N4 processor. Has anyone dealed with this situation before?

How can I set a new plate in this system?
