fujifilm luxel v9600 (punch machine ),

In fujifilm luxel v9600 (punch machine ), we are facing two problems

1.registration problem is coming from left to right (vertical to the punch unit) ,parallel to punch unit lines are coming fine
2.while centering the plate in drum ,it is taking more time(40 sec extra) compare to other luxel v9600 machine

REGISTRATION PROBLEM
1single plate without developing we exposed four times and developed, every exposing is having micron difference
1.we cleaned centering pins ,magnetic encoder,& read sensor
2.we changed read sensor & carriage unit
3.we adjusted centerer repeat parameter in nvram ,(1 time to 2 times)
4.vacuum holes cleaned
5.we checked push bar shoes ok

CENTERING SLOW TIME
1.We compared other luxel machine,In this machine for centering take extra 40 sec per every plate
2.we compared all nvram parameter to other machine for centering all value are same

please help us to solve this problem

I would suggest you that you should meet the technician. They will help you better. This problem is very complicated.
