spinner err in luxel vx-9600 ctp

Hi i have spinner error and the message i get is 0305 on the screen...
and i have checked all cables and spinner board also ( when i switch on the machine it boat up
at the time the spinner error comes on screen (0305) the message it get is to check the spinner cable in the luxel err details pdf.
if so it boats up i get lines on the plate at all dpi (1200 t0 2540 )........so pls help me ........
if any body knows please message i have to check the spinner motor r .......Thanks....
