Why do you need to do this, why cant you just use 1 RIP??

I presume its a digital web press, does it not have a RIP with it that can do this?? Need more info

If the machine runs that fast the RIP that supplies it should do the job. Usually on these sort of machines speed is limited to the data processing speed not the mechanics of the machine.

You will need to talk with Global Graphics directly I think. I'm sure that they have tools that can accommodate your performance needs.
