Cockpit Prepare gray problem

Hi, we are having issues with converting color files to grayscale, not sure what settings we should check into, it worked before but now it's not working not sure what changed. We have 3 profiles CMYK, SPOT and Gray. Any ideas? Thanks for your help

I think I understand what you mean about 3 profiles. Under your prepare template, color conversion you have RGB, CMYK, and Grayscale profiles on. This will not convert the colour for you. A little further down in color conversion is output you need to put in a press proile .icm file. Just choose a gray.icm profile and you will be ok.
