Signaseter Screen problem

Hi

My Imagesetter(Signasetter) works good except screen problem. When I sent 100% (100X70cm) black image to imagesetter, its output produce startpoint 100% solid but end point becomes 85-90%. And if I send 70% screen, startpoint & endpoint's screen become different (that is start point become 70% but end point is about 60%.) and at end it produce some extra dot like falling rain. And I'm sure screen problem is comming from imagesetter not from processor because I Check this in another Processor and no Leakage of light to imagesetter from out side.

So, your help will be appreciated highly.

Hi Selim, is it vacuum problem...

Is whole of the film mount tight at the drum...
Sometiomes vacuum problem can cause register problem
and may also screen problem.
