    Default GTO46 Dampening

We are currently running a GTO46 with conventional dampening and are looking to upgrade to a dampening system... after a little research, I have found three contenders:

    1. Kompac

    2. Crestline Altra

    3. Aquaprint

Can anyone suggest others? Which is best? What is the best unit for tradeoff between value ($) and performance? Any help is greatly appreciated! Any chance of finding a used/refurbed unit?

    Default Water Unit

We have been running a Crestline system our 46 for about 10 years and love it. We have never had a problem with it in anyway. It is a great unit. One thing you might look at, if you are ever planning on using the press for coating, look towards the Kompac unit as you can incorporate it with their uv coater which is a plus and will save you some money down the road, although it is very expensive to add vs. just buying a uv coater unit seperate. hope this helps.
