Reinstalling Delta technology6.0

Hi i have delta technology installed in my Rip ,now i need to reinstall all system from the beginning couse of corrupted files ,should i go through these steps:
1)Install windows NT server
2)Services for mac
3)Install Delta technology
4)installing output Device(Printer)
5...
AND then i dont know how to make the delta technology autoflow and many other features
So please anyone who has experience in those things describe in step by step installation
of neccesary features
