Registration Issues on W&T

Hi All,
We are having issues on both of our presses - Manroland and Heidelberg.
When a job runs work & turn to nest the cartons, we are experiencing registration
issues that makes it look as if the job does not have adequate trap, but they do.
Anyone else experiencing this and what can be done?
