    Default Herkules linotype hell

    Hi
    I have a problem with my imagesetter which is really bothering me a whole week!
    I'll give chronological review of my error:
    First when i try to cut a piece of film(70cmx50cm) from setter to conveyor the piece
    of film stocked in a middle of setter and conveyor, then one error message appears in
    imagesetter dialog box saying :"an error occured during material transport"
    after this i have to remove the jammed film from conveyor.
    BUT this error only happens with large pieces of films(70-50cm)NOT WITH THEM 35 -50cm

    Do you have any idea what happening this error
