Quicksetter error message

Hello all,

I am hoping that someone here can shed some light on an error message I am getting on my Heidelberg Quicksetter poly plate printer. Right after turning on the power I get the message "updating margin error" I cannot find anything like it in the manuals, and my service guy did not know off the top of his head, and is checking into it. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give.

Hi,
There are margin parameters in the service menu. down, right, enter.
if you have not a solution try to upload the firmware again. you need for that null modem cable and the original cd from heidelberg. if you need help for that you can tell me.
