Any Heidelberg Color Toolbox users?

Is anyone using Color Toolbox and are you happy with it?
Our color guy is loosing his mind and I want to help him out by connecting with other users of Color Toolbox.
Heidelberg training didn't help much.

There are some bugs/abnormalities in the Toolbox still, but if you know them you can work around them.
Maybe your "color guy" hit one of that "abnormalities" and is asking himself wtf went wrong.

So what is his problem exactly?

Not sure exactly, all I know is that he is loosing his mind.

It's not gonna be training session, just exchange of experience.
