    Default Downsample Prinect trapped pdf-files

    Hi

I would like to hear if anybody has a way to reduce the filesize of trapped pdf-files coming from Heidelberg Prinect.

If I downsample the images there are no reduction.

What I am trying to achieved is a way to make a pdf-file I can mail by resampling the images.
I do not have access to Prinect directly to make that system deliver a web-pdf. So I have to manipulate these trapped files.

    Kind Regards

If nothing else you should be able to use Acrobat's PDF Optimizer to do this. A few products you can use:
    Adobe Acrobat Professional
    Apago PDF Shrink
    Apago PDF Enhancer
    Callas pdfToolbox
    Enfocus PitStop
    Quite A Box of Tricks

In Prinect Cockpit I have a template under Assemble PDF called PDFs for Customer. I simply submit my ripped/trapped file and I get an emailable pdf.
