Default Prinect Workflow / Cockpit error

    Hello,

I am having some problems while running prinect workflow, I hope someone could help me solve these issues.

In Cockpit, when I chose the Analyse Point View, I get the following error message: Ap_1013: Unable to update the press list! (picture screen1.jpg)

When I change to Scheduler, I get this error message (in red color): No Connection to PROOF (where PROOF is the name of the computer running the workflow - picture screen2.jpg).

    Any helps please!

Your analyse point service seems to be faulty. Restarting the "Heidelberg Analyze Point Service" should fix that issue.

    Hello, AutomaticWork!
    Thanks for your repply...

Actually, I am trying to move the Prinect software to another server in the company.
After I've installed the system, I get this error messages and I don't know what to do. I've tried to stop and start the service, restart the server, and nothing...
I inspected the Prinect Services Control, and it says that all tools are running.

Do you have any ideas of what's happening?

It seems that the database of analyse point is not set up properly. You should contact your heidelberg service unit to fix this problem.

I don't have Heidelberg support, so I can't tell you if they are efficient.
    I have my own engineers.

    Sorry.

    Default Rebuild Anayze Point Database

    Hi,

you may rebuild your AP-Database! Call the "Alter_Prinect_Database.cmd" script in your install directory of Anaylyze Point. The parameters are the database computer name and a local directory (e.g. C:\Temp) storing log information.
