    Exclamation Template problem in prinect cockpit

    Hi there
    Our group template has somehow ditched the imposition output options for the topsetter and HP5500 proofer. When I try to re install them via sequence templates imposition output is not available.
    Any ideas welcome!

    Default Communication with Meta

    Hi,

    may be your MetaDim is no longer joined or crashed. Restart Meta with "MetaDimension Service Control". This may help. If not, Leave Prinect with your Meta and Join again. Check if the devices are available in Metas PrintManager...

    Thanks for reply, have tried restarting via meta service control - no good. All devices are available via PrintManager.
    I think there is a problem with the group template xml file.
