herkules pro 4002 eror again

On our Herkules Pro Imagesetter appears service error 4002. The head can not reach the specified position. There are certain movements that are not controlled. Sometimes returning to the starting position, but after one or two tests forward and backward optical carriage that reported the same error. After we change Berger controller everything was OK until one week ago. The Berger controller is OK, and step motor is OK, the feed controller is OK we have check them on other machine. Is there any who have same problem, and resolve them? Please help.

Did you clean-up the leading screw and replace the grease?

Here is a small video. I think it is a electronic problem because even the step motor is free without spindle there is same problem.
